All Rooms subject to availability. The Safe Haven Bed & Breakfast is owned and operated by Safe Haven of CT, LLC.  Rooms are not discounted unless part of a promotion previously authorized by Safe Haven of CT, LLC. Guests assume all liability for damage to room or property in case of negligent acts.  Cancellations will be charge 25% of the room charge unless notification is given within seven days of the reserved date.

Safe Haven of CT, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings. A safe for valuables is available upon request.

Safe Haven Bed & Breakfast does not accept any pets or children under the age of two unless agreed upon at the time of reservation. A major credit card is required to reserve the room, the full charge for the room will be charged against the card at the time of reservation. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled along with other appropriate charges.  Safe Haven Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to refuse service, as well as the right to ask guests that are disruptive or causing damage to vacate the room with thirty minutes notice.  Guest are allowed access to most the house and grounds, but should not enter pastures or barns without authorized personnel as a guide. The suite offers a private luxury bath, guest in the White Room and Garden Room will share a bathroom.  Safe Haven Bed & Breakfast accepts payment in advance via check( reservation will not be confirmed until the check clear guests bank) Cash (must be paid at the time of reservation) most major credit and debit cards.
